Who we are

Ti-Fi Hub is a business-tracking app built for MI Lifestyle direct-selling distributor teams. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.

Information we collect

When you register and activate Ti-Fi Hub, we collect:

• Mobile number — used to generate and verify your activation code, and to identify your registration.
• Payment details — when you pay for a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only the payment confirmation (a payment ID, order ID, and amount paid) is recorded, so we can verify your payment went through.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal details as part of registration.

Your business data

Any business information you enter into the app itself — such as your sales, orders, customers, or team tracking data — is stored only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to, or stored on, our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, this locally-stored information will not carry over automatically.

How we use your information

• To verify your payment and issue a valid activation code.
• To maintain an internal record of registrations (mobile number, activation code, expiry date, and payment reference), accessible only to the Ti-Fi Hub team via a private, password-protected report.
• To provide support if you have an issue with registration, activation, or payment.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

• Netlify — hosts our website and app infrastructure. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Registration records are kept for as long as needed to support your subscription and resolve any related queries. You can request deletion of your registration record at any time by contacting us below.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about your mobile number, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just reach out using the contact details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally as the app evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
